DAILY SKETCH

Sketching and doodling is something I have become quite fond of. Early on in my author + illustration career, I was never one for keeping sketchbooks or journals. Now, it’s something I am constantly doing and have built up a large collection of them for myself. In nature, at home, in the car, I bring a sketchbook with me everywhere. Doodling for me, sparks ideas, offers some quiet time, even if it’s just for a few moments. It really helps me reset if I need to do so. I’ve learned to appreciate the smaller sized sketchbooks as well.
